Recap from TJ Hawke:

Story of the Match

Icarus got control early on. After Jigsaw hit Icarus with a tope suicida, they did a back and forth sequence. A failed tornado Pedigree caused a ref bump. Jigsaw then got a phantom pinfall on a Jig ‘n’ Tonic. Icarus hit a low blow and followed it with a Pedigree: 1…2…3

Analysis

Despite this match suffering from the same thing all these 2006 matches are suffering from (deader than dead crowds), I enjoyed this more than some of the others on this set. I can’t even articulate why. If you’re wondering why you bothered to click on this post, I have nothing to give you comfort. Decent screen-grab of the match at least.

Match Rating: **3/4
