Post by TJ Hawke:

Claudio being a base for flippy guys is one of the surest bets for good wrestling. He generally dominates the flipper, and then the flipper does a bunch of cool shit that looks a hundred times cooler against Claudio. The only thing missing from this match was Claudio dominating Ricochet in a more brutal fashion. Claudio did not develop that side of his game until 2009-2010 (or so). That would have put the match into “great” territory. As it stands now, it’s still one of the best matches in Chikara history up until this point. Claudio finished him with a brutal Swiss Death. (The match needed more of that brutality.) (***3/4)
